Eleven days I followed the diet.At first, I thought that such a menu was getting tired and there would be no satisfying without muffins and sugar.But it was quite easy.Some tricks will be added (I'll write about them in the menu itself).

So, after I passed 11 days on a "budget" diet, without sports, I removed -11kg.The swelling of the limbs and the person, which has always been in the morning (apparently the water has stopped staying due to bad food) goes significantly.There has been enough strength for a long time, despite the diet and really the feeling of lightness in the intestine and freshness on the skin, the stimulus to pass the diet was huge.

What to buy for a diet:

  • Fruits: lemon, apples (11 pieces, green and not sweet);
  • Fresh chicken eggs (22 pieces);
  • In general, vegetables other than potatoes (due to starch in the composition will have to refuse 11 days);
  • Green (the more, the better);
  • Kefir (normal freshness, does not make sense in low -fat dairy products, they only spread appetite) - 500 ml per day;
  • Mineral water (can be gas -free), excellent to avoid constipation and swelling problems;
  • Buckwheat and barley (from package);
  • Cheese (optional, can be replaced with cottage cheese).

Menu for 11 days:

Awakening:A glass of water and a slice of lemon (warm type);

Breakfast:Egg and buckwheat made in a water bath in the evening, tea/coffee;

Lunch, after 1.5-2 hours: apple and mineral water;

Dinner:Palvka cooked in a water bath in the evening, vegetable salad with greenery (you can season with olive oil or sour cream), any drink B/sugar;

Afternoon Breakfast:Egg in any shape, 1/2 tomatoes or cucumber, mineral water;

Dinner:Buckwheat (you can add onions+carrots in olive or flaxseed oil and drink prey;

Late dinner:Up to 500 ml of kefir.

In the dietThere is no meat, maybe that's why it was called a budget.But we take egg protein - cheap and very rich in nutrients.Also, cereals - buckwheat and pearl barley - contain a number of minerals and vitamins, which helps to be more elastic and the intestines smooth and slightly purify.

Sports, training and increased physical activity of such a short diet with a monotonous diet are not required.The body is not adapted to nutrition, excess load is nothing.But this does not exclude healthy walking, the same sleep and skin care (self -massage, baths, meditation).
